The Opportunity: What You’ll Be Doing
This is a sales and client relationship role where no two days look exactly alike. You’ll be working directly with:
- New homebuyers navigating their first big investment
- Established families looking to protect what they’ve built
- Pre-retirees who need a trusted partner reviewing their next chapter
- Small business owners with straightforward protection needs
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting consultative sales calls using a proven, structured process
- Building and maintaining genuine client relationships
- Presenting auto, home, and life insurance solutions
- Collaborating with our service team to deliver a seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For
You don’t have to be perfect — but you do have to be coachable, curious, and consistent.
The ideal candidate:
- Has a natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly
- Is motivated by helping others, not just hitting a number
- Thrives in a structured environment with room to grow
- Is comfortable on the phone and takes ownership of their results
- Holds or is willing to obtain Ohio insurance licensure
Bonus points if you:
- Have prior sales, customer service, or insurance experience
- Are already licensed in Property & Casualty or Life insurance
- Are deeply rooted in the Springboro/Dayton community
